The WCVC IRWM Plan has been prepared through a collaborative process of many agencies and organizations with a vested interest in improving water quality, flood control, and habitat within three watersheds in the County.  These many participants are listed below and include the agencies of the IRWMP.  These stakeholders represent all the agencies that participated in development of the Calleguas Creek Watershed IRWM Plan and the Ventura Countywide IRWM Plan, and are now participating in development of the consolidated IRWM Plan.
